There is some information about your computer that we require beforehand,

in order to assist you more effectively.

Having this information available and ready for us reduces

the amount of support minutes you are ultimately billed for,

as we apply an automatic 8% discount for clients that have this information at hand.


Step 1) Determine your flavor of windows.

          To do this, please go to your start menu and right-click on

          'Computer' or 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'

          from the menu, and write down your Windows version,

          your CPU speed and amount of RAM


If you are running a version of windows prior to Vista,

you will see a window similar to this:

The area circled in red, shows the Operating System currently installed.

The area circled in blue shows the speed of your CPU(processor)

and the amount of RAM(Memory)









On a windows Vista or Windows 7 machine,

the Properties page will look like this:

Step 2) Contact us

          Once you have recorded your Windows version,

          CPU speed and amount of RAM,

          Once you have a support technician on the phone,

          please download and run our support file when prompted,

          from the link to the right.
